Build and manage corporate partnership opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and agreement execution. Conduct consultative discovery, develop customized environmental solutions, present proposals, maintain CRM pipeline data, and grow long-term partner relationships. The role requires proactive B2B business development, stakeholder management, negotiation, forecasting, and collaboration across internal teams. It is hybrid in Lincoln, Nebraska, or remote within the U.S., with domestic and international travel required.

Supports daily ecommerce operations across a 1,000+ product catalog, including product listings, merchandising, inventory coordination, procurement activities, promotions, order issue resolution, and ecommerce systems. Analyzes sales, customer, inventory, and operational data to recommend improvements. Coordinates launches, seasonal transitions, projects, and cross-functional initiatives while documenting processes, supporting system implementations, and helping evaluate new ecommerce marketplaces.

Design, develop, maintain, and support applications, services, APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud solutions for the Arbor Day Foundation. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable software, participate in the full software development lifecycle, troubleshoot existing systems, conduct code reviews, document solutions, and collaborate with business and technology teams in an Agile environment.

The Gift Planning Officer will grow the planned giving program by cultivating donor relationships, soliciting and securing legacy gifts, managing a prospect portfolio, identifying major gift opportunities, and delivering personalized stewardship. The role involves donor data analysis, CRM documentation, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, legal, and accounting teams, and improving planned gift processes. The position is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with hybrid scheduling and 10–15% travel for donor visits, events, and training.

Lead sourcing and growth of the Foundation's planting partner network across reforestation and urban forestry. Set strategy for project development, improve operating models and partner onboarding, manage a team of Project Development Leads, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align pipeline with funding and impact goals.
