As a Gift Planning Officer, you will cultivate donor relationships, manage planned giving prospects, develop lead generation strategies, and ensure accurate documentation of commitments.

Lead sourcing and growth of the Foundation's planting partner network across reforestation and urban forestry. Set strategy for project development, improve operating models and partner onboarding, manage a team of Project Development Leads, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align pipeline with funding and impact goals.

Lead and scale the lead-generation engine for corporate partnerships by developing multi-channel demand programs, optimizing the marketing funnel, leveraging CRM and automation, using data-driven testing to improve conversion, and collaborating with Partnerships, Marketing Communications, and Business Intelligence to deliver qualified pipeline and measurable growth.

Lead Membership, E-commerce, and Emerging Solutions teams to drive growth and mission impact. Shape business plans, budgeting, forecasting, and investment cases. Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Business Intelligence, champion experimentation and database optimization, coach team leads, prioritize initiatives, and improve member and customer experience to expand engagement and revenue.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute digital campaigns, create content, manage social media, optimize web experiences, and analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversions.

Prepare guest rooms for Room Attendants, perform cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks, support laundry and equipment delivery, respond to guest requests, maintain professional appearance, and assist property operations during events to ensure outstanding guest service.
