As a Gift Planning Officer, you will cultivate donor relationships, manage planned giving prospects, develop lead generation strategies, and ensure accurate documentation of commitments.

Lead sourcing and growth of the Foundation's planting partner network across reforestation and urban forestry. Set strategy for project development, improve operating models and partner onboarding, manage a team of Project Development Leads, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align pipeline with funding and impact goals.

Lead and scale the lead-generation engine for corporate partnerships by developing multi-channel demand programs, optimizing the marketing funnel, leveraging CRM and automation, using data-driven testing to improve conversion, and collaborating with Partnerships, Marketing Communications, and Business Intelligence to deliver qualified pipeline and measurable growth.
