Teams at Arbella Insurance Group

Develops and executes state-specific personal lines insurance strategies, managing growth, retention, pricing, profitability, product development, regulatory filings, forecasting, and financial performance. Partners with actuarial, underwriting, finance, operations, legal, sales, marketing, claims, and other teams to analyze market and performance data, implement product changes, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive profitable business outcomes.

Supports the Office of General Counsel with regulatory compliance, policy governance, legal research, filings, audits, regulatory monitoring, and compliance documentation. Maintains compliance calendars and policies, coordinates responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations, assists with contract review, vendor oversight, privacy and information security compliance, conflict disclosures, training materials, and state filings. Requires strong organization, discretion, legal research, writing, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated insurance environment.

Designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests, and supports Duck Creek Policy insurance products within the Property and Casualty domain. Responsibilities include working with OnDemand and Active Delivery, deploying code across environments, integrating APIs, supporting releases, mentoring team members, contributing to testing, and reporting development issues to stakeholders.
