Manage short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts for assigned customers and plants using statistical models and market intelligence. Lead S&OP and demand review meetings, monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias), align demand with capacity across Sales, Operations and Supply Planning, support new program launches and transitions, drive SAP/Fiori and forecasting platform improvements, mentor junior planners, and lead continuous improvement projects.

Implement and manage HSE programs for metals manufacturing, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA), lead incident investigations, conduct risk assessments, develop JHAs/JSAs and training, support emergency response and audits, and drive continual improvement across plant operations.

Lead end-to-end ownership, governance, and continuous improvement of global sales processes and CRM (Salesforce). Drive process harmonization, performance management (KPIs/dashboards), automation (RPA/AI), change adoption, stakeholder governance, training, and master data quality to support digital transformation and sales operational excellence.

Lead quality assurance and control for metal automotive components, overseeing IATF 16949 processes, supplier quality, audits, corrective actions, APQP/APQP-related launch activities, continuous improvement, and metallurgy/coatings technical guidance across manufacturing operations.
