Design and build a production AI agent platform with RAG pipelines, document parsing, structured data mapping, and multiple agent types. Deploy and operate ML models on GPU infrastructure while ensuring scalability, security, compliance, observability, and performance in a multi-tenant cloud environment. Collaborate with Product Management and engineering teams, provide technical leadership through design and code reviews, and mentor engineers.

Own and grow strategic Global 2000 accounts, especially Federal and Aerospace & Defense customers. Drive expansion revenue, renewals, retention, adoption, executive relationships, account planning, negotiations, forecasting, and complex enterprise deal cycles. The role requires navigating government procurement, contracting, compliance, and security environments while partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Services teams.

Leads internal IT systems and operations, including identity and access management, endpoint management, IT support, onboarding and offboarding, asset and SaaS lifecycle management, automation, vendor relationships, and compliance partnerships. Manages a small IT team, improves service processes, supports audits, strengthens security controls, and delivers scalable technology services for a distributed workforce.

Configure and implement complex enterprise SaaS solutions for third-party risk management clients. Design workflows, data models, automations, business rules, and integrations based on client requirements. Translate functional designs into technical configurations, troubleshoot implementation issues, support UAT and go-lives, advise clients, and coordinate offshore development resources. Contribute to implementation standards, documentation, and process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable including billing, collections, adjustments, and remittance processing. Monitor aging, resolve billing discrepancies, support onboarding and invoicing, perform multi-state sales tax reconciliations, month-end AR close, audit support, and drive process improvements and ad hoc AR analysis.
