Build playbooks, onboarding, certifications, coaching frameworks, renewal and expansion processes, and automated customer-signal workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering to improve seller productivity, pipeline generation, deal execution, retention, and expansion. Measure program effectiveness through ramp time, conversion, renewals, productivity, and adoption.

Provide technical support for database and AI infrastructure, troubleshooting data modeling, query performance, Kubernetes clusters, cloud and on-prem environments, networking, storage, APIs, and RAG systems. Analyze logs, identify root causes, debug product issues, collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Success, document solutions, and explain technical concepts to customers. Requires strong database, cloud infrastructure, Linux, scripting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Drive enterprise revenue growth across EMEA by generating pipeline, prospecting within complex accounts, qualifying opportunities using MEDDIC, and closing high-value deals. Maintain accurate Salesforce data, deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations, forecast pipeline performance, and collaborate with technical presales, marketing, and customer success teams. The role requires enterprise IT infrastructure sales experience, data and AI domain knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, fluency in English, business-level German, and travel as needed.

Drive enterprise revenue growth in France by generating net-new pipeline, managing strategic customer relationships, qualifying opportunities with MEDDPIC, maintaining Salesforce CRM accuracy, presenting tailored demonstrations, and closing high-value deals. Collaborate with technical presales, marketing, and customer success teams while managing long sales cycles, forecasting pipeline, and communicating Arango’s strategic and financial value to complex enterprise accounts.

Build and maintain reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure for Kubernetes-based distributed database systems on AWS and Google Cloud. Develop Golang automation, optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and observability, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and design disaster recovery and high-availability strategies. Participate in on-call support, incident response, and cross-functional efforts to improve system reliability and resolve customer issues.

Lead the design and development of the ArangoDB Kubernetes Operator, including lifecycle management, scaling, backups, replication, upgrades, and cluster automation. Ensure high availability, performance, observability, and stability for stateful ArangoDB deployments on Kubernetes. Collaborate across engineering teams, troubleshoot distributed systems, define deployment best practices, support AWS GovCloud expansion, and mentor contributors. U.S. citizenship is required, and active security clearance is preferred.

Lead Arango’s strategic technology alliances across hyperscalers, data platforms, and AI ecosystem partners. Define partnership strategy, create joint solutions and technical integrations, develop co-sell and co-market motions, and drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue. The role spans Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, including partner enablement, marketplace listings, commercial frameworks, governance, success metrics, and ecosystem expansion. Travel is expected 30–50%.

Own technical customer relationships for Arango's AI product suite: run discovery, design graph and GraphRAG architectures, build prototypes, guide production deployment, define governance/monitoring, and enable customers while feeding product feedback.

Founding HR member for ArangoDB's new Hyderabad office supporting the Site Manager: lead recruitment and onboarding, ensure statutory compliance and employee recordkeeping, coordinate payroll provider, manage office setup and vendor relationships, handle facilities and IT logistics, assist with regulatory filings and POSH training, and support travel and event arrangements.

Manage adoption, retention, and expansion of strategic EMEA accounts through consultative onboarding, tailored success plans, executive alignment, QBRs, technical support, case management, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive ROI and advocacy.

Manage India financial operations including general ledger, AP, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, GST, Income Tax, TDS). Maintain secretarial records, liaise with government authorities, support audits, and collaborate with international finance and HR on payroll, onboarding, and compliance.

Support full-cycle technical recruiting by managing ATS (JazzHR), screening resumes, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews across time zones, tracking recruiting metrics, and communicating with candidates and recruiters.
