Founding site manager for Arango's new Hyderabad office responsible for office leasing and setup, vendor and IT coordination, HR operations and legal compliance, recruiting and onboarding core engineering team, and acting as the local liaison to global HQ to track milestones and budgets.

Maintain and improve cloud-native infrastructure for Kubernetes-based distributed databases on AWS/GCP. Automate operations with Golang, optimize CI/CD, implement monitoring/alerting, troubleshoot across the stack, design DR/high-availability, participate in on-call, and collaborate with engineering and customer success to ensure reliability and scalability.

Own technical customer relationships for Arango's AI product suite: run discovery, design graph and GraphRAG architectures, build prototypes, guide production deployment, define governance/monitoring, and enable customers while feeding product feedback.
