Teams at ArangoDB

Build reference applications, quickstarts, sample repositories, benchmarks, technical content, talks, workshops, and live demonstrations for Arango’s GraphRAG and AI platform. Engage developer communities, evaluate retrieval performance transparently, support adoption, and provide prioritized product feedback. The role requires hands-on engineering experience with LLM applications, retrieval pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and developer tools.

Lead Arango’s strategic technology alliances across hyperscalers, data platforms, and AI ecosystem partners. Define partnership strategy, create joint solutions and technical integrations, develop co-sell and co-market motions, and drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue. The role spans Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, including partner enablement, marketplace listings, commercial frameworks, governance, success metrics, and ecosystem expansion. Travel is expected 30–50%.

Lead technical pre-sales for enterprise AI customers: own account technical strategy, architect integrations, deliver demos/PoCs, evangelize Arango's platform at events, and solve complex production AI/data problems while collaborating with product and engineering.
