Leads technical sales engagements for enterprise AI and database customers. Responsibilities include owning strategic technical accounts, designing integration strategies, delivering presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and architecting reliable solutions. The role also involves creating AI and database demos, evangelizing products through events and publications, advising clients, and providing product feedback. Requires extensive enterprise technical sales or consulting experience across AI, databases, big data, analytics, or machine learning.

Build and maintain reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure for Kubernetes-based distributed database systems on AWS and Google Cloud. Develop Golang automation, optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and observability, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and design disaster recovery and high-availability strategies. Participate in on-call support, incident response, and cross-functional efforts to improve system reliability and resolve customer issues.

Lead the design and development of the ArangoDB Kubernetes Operator, including lifecycle management, scaling, backups, replication, upgrades, and cluster automation. Ensure high availability, performance, observability, and stability for stateful ArangoDB deployments on Kubernetes. Collaborate across engineering teams, troubleshoot distributed systems, define deployment best practices, support AWS GovCloud expansion, and mentor contributors. U.S. citizenship is required, and active security clearance is preferred.
