Own courier performance and recovery across the fulfilment network: track SLA/TAT/RTO, root-cause service failures, manage escalations, drive claims and recoveries, build SOPs and automation, and collaborate with fulfilment, billing, analytics, and customer success teams to improve courier serviceability and recover lost value.

Own end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian statutes (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Process payroll data, disburse salaries and F&F, manage statutory filings, prepare payroll reports, support audits, maintain HRMS data integrity, and handle employee payroll queries.

Support finance automation and process improvement across revenue, reconciliations, payables, payroll, and reporting. Build dashboards, MIS, SOPs, and liaise with tech/product for ERP enhancements and automation.

Manage corporate secretarial filings and statutory registers, coordinate RoC/MCA interactions and board/AGM processes, and oversee factory, labor, environmental, and safety compliance across locations. Maintain compliance calendar, documentation, and reports; liaise with HR, Operations, Finance, external counsel and auditors to ensure audit readiness and remediate findings.

Partner with functions to drive P&L clarity, cost efficiency, working capital improvements, forecasting and AOP preparation. Build KPIs, dashboards, SOPs, and support automation to scale finance processes while performing monthly variance and cash cycle analyses.

Manage and monitor live chats and tickets (delivery, refunds, exchanges, returns, product), handle L2 escalations, perform quality audits, maintain escalation trackers, mentor and train agents, refine canned responses, and share performance reports to drive SLA adherence and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end hiring for corporate roles: source across job boards, referrals, and consultants; conduct initial high-signal screens assessing cultural fit; manage recruitment dashboards and metrics; partner with hiring managers; and own candidate experience through offer and onboarding to minimize drop-outs.

Execute on-brand visual assets across digital, social, performance marketing, website, CRM, retail, packaging, and POS. Adapt master creatives into multiple formats, support campaigns and launches, maintain visual standards, coordinate with teams and vendors, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

Handle customer queries via chat, monitor social media complaints, coordinate with delivery partners, update internal databases, gather customer feedback for teams, escalate issues, follow SOPs, and work rostered six-day shifts to ensure customer delight.

Lead social media strategy and content for Aramya across major platforms; create and manage content calendars, run influencer and UGC programs, track content KPIs, and oversee designers, creators, and agencies to scale brand storytelling and organic growth.
