Respond to customer queries through chat, resolve complaints, monitor social media feedback, and coordinate with delivery partners on order issues. Maintain accurate customer and technical issue records, escalate long-pending cases, gather insights for internal teams, and follow support SOPs. The role requires strong written English, accurate typing, multitasking across chats, and a six-day roster-based work schedule.

Owns brand voice and copy across campaigns, performance ads, websites, apps, SEO pages, CRM communications, social media, creator collaborations, and retail materials. Develops storytelling, taglines, hooks, product descriptions, push notifications, emails, and promotional messaging. Partners with marketing, design, performance, CRM, and retail teams to improve engagement, conversion, repeat purchases, CTR, and ROAS through testing and optimized copy.

Lead the design vision for Aramya’s new handbags category, developing original, trend-aware collections from concept through production. Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, and product teams to translate brand identity, consumer insights, materials, and sourcing realities into commercially viable products. Analyze fabrics, create tech packs, manage prototypes, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
