Oversee graphics account operations, workflows, and process standardization within a manufacturing environment. Lead and develop the Graphics team, manage priorities, monitor performance metrics, and support customer and cross-functional needs. Review graphic files and production specifications for accuracy, printability, and manufacturability. Manage color calibration and certification programs, lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Operate or assist with industrial manufacturing equipment across press support, pouching, wicketing, slitting, and packaging operations. Perform setup, changeovers, basic troubleshooting, material handling, quality inspections, labeling, and production documentation. Track output, scrap, and downtime while maintaining safe, clean work areas. Collaborate with production teammates to meet goals. The role requires physical lifting, extended standing, and rotating 12-hour night shifts.

Supports manufacturing accounting by maintaining product costs, bills of materials, production routings, inventory records, and scrap transactions. Reviews production job costs, analyzes material, labor, and time variances, closes production jobs, and assists with month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis. Participates in process improvement, cost reduction, internal control, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
