Lead installation, commissioning, and startup of new plant equipment; manage contractors and OEMs; support maintenance, reliability, and facilities; ensure compliance with OEM specs, GMP and safety; maintain drawings and documentation; integrate equipment with MES/ERP/Industry 4.0; develop PMs and training; report project status and manage schedules.
