Run a cross-functional program connecting commercial, marketing, product, and operations. Build the high-level plan, translate workstreams into Asana roadmaps, run steering cadence, track dependencies and risks, escalate to executive sponsors, and drive open strategic decisions to closure during a 9-12 month interim engagement.

Manage Aquablu’s organic social channels: plan content, draft copy, create/repurpose visuals and short-form videos, schedule and publish posts, engage the community, track performance metrics, and support campaigns and product launches under guidance of the Content Manager and creative team.

Own the REFILL+ product end-to-end: set roadmap, resolve live field issues from root cause to fix, manage firmware and hardware evolution, handle supplier/manufacturer relationships, define product KPIs (uptime, dispense accuracy, error rates), and lead firmware certification and EU compliance for connected hardware.

Lead and scale the product organization, convert founder-led vision into a predictable roadmap and shipping cadence across hardware, mobile, cloud, and data. Own design quality, prioritize ruthlessly, run full product lifecycle, partner with engineering and commercial teams, and contribute to executive strategy.

Create and produce brand assets across print and digital: campaigns, packaging, events, merchandise, and social. Prepare production-ready artwork, manage vendors, maintain brand guidelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand work.

Own daily supply chain operations: maintain accurate inventory, manage purchase orders, coordinate inbound logistics, track RMAs, and communicate with suppliers. Support supplier non-conformities, quality control, and continuous process optimization with automation where possible to keep production on schedule.

Hands-on brand design internship supporting creation and production of print and digital assets, campaign rollouts, brand guideline maintenance, icons/illustrations, and print preparation. Collaborate in brainstorms, assist suppliers/printers, use AI tools to accelerate workflows, and learn end-to-end brand execution under the Art Director and Brand Designer.

Coordinate outbound and inbound logistics with 3PLs, track and resolve shipment exceptions, manage returns/repairs, create and occasionally pack shipments, monitor stock and 3PL performance, and drive operational improvements using AI tools, dashboards, and automations.

Design and implement software for embedded systems, write device drivers, debug software issues, and maintain documentation for water dispensers.

Lead hardware product development, manage engineering teams, oversee NPI process, and bridge product management with engineering for successful product launches.
