Own the REFILL+ product end-to-end: set roadmap, resolve live field issues from root cause to fix, manage firmware and hardware evolution, handle supplier/manufacturer relationships, define product KPIs (uptime, dispense accuracy, error rates), and lead firmware certification and EU compliance for connected hardware.

Hands-on brand design internship supporting creation and production of print and digital assets, campaign rollouts, brand guideline maintenance, icons/illustrations, and print preparation. Collaborate in brainstorms, assist suppliers/printers, use AI tools to accelerate workflows, and learn end-to-end brand execution under the Art Director and Brand Designer.

Lead Benelux brand activities: localize global campaigns, activate channel partners, run NL brand campaigns, execute events and co-marketing, support partnerships, measure performance, and drive regional marketing projects while using AI tools to scale output.

Build and own the AI platform that enables fast, safe shipping: prototyping sandbox, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests and evals, agent runtime and orchestration, AI tooling, observability, and reliability. Drive platform standards, quality gates, and production-safe agent workflows so builders can ship rapidly and confidently.

Own end-to-end procurement for assigned categories: map costs and risks, source and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, build alternate sources, support new-product RFQs and audits, and model fully-landed cost/TCO to drive margin and free cash.
