Teams at Aquablu

Lead the company’s accounting, financial controls, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and audit readiness. Own the close calendar, review journals and reconciliations, prepare management accounts, manage Dutch tax obligations, maintain statutory records, and support investor and lender reporting. Build the internal control framework and automate control testing and close processes using AI. Manage financial controllers, establish technical accounting standards, and serve as the escalation point for accounting matters.

Conduct outbound prospecting across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland using phone, email, and LinkedIn. Book qualified meetings for channel partners, practice discovery and objection handling, support partner pipelines, collaborate with the Nordic Channel Manager, and represent Aquablu at partner events and trade shows. The role includes intensive coaching and offers progression into account executive or partner management roles.

Own Aquablu’s global creative vision across brand, marketing, products, packaging, digital experiences, campaigns, and partnerships. This hands-on individual contributor works with the CEO, Marketing, and Product to create a cohesive brand world, establish creative standards, influence positioning, and execute concepts through final production. The role requires experience spanning digital, hardware, B2C, and physical products, along with strong strategic judgment, creative taste, self-sufficiency, urgency, and enthusiasm for AI as a creative tool.
