Own full-cycle enterprise B2B SaaS deals from first conversation to signed contract. Land and expand within accounts, navigate enterprise security/procurement/legal processes, engage technical buyers, shape enterprise sales motion, and feed customer requirements into product roadmap.

Work across frontend, backend, native and infra components. Build and operate real-time transcription servers, deploy custom speech recognition models, integrate deeply with macOS and Windows, and own projects end-to-end from idea to production while writing readable, maintainable code for production systems.

Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal: drive user adoption for a voice-focused AI product, monitor usage and retention, identify expansion opportunities, and relay user feedback to inform product direction. Define the customer success process for an early-stage company.

Build a native iOS app from the ground up with system-level voice input (keyboard extension, Shortcuts, Siri), real-time audio capture and streaming, deep iOS integrations, and strong native performance.

Design and implement product interfaces across desktop, web, and marketing. Own the full design process from concept through shipped front-end code, working autonomously and focused on typography, motion, and interaction design.

Build top-of-funnel enterprise pipeline: research and target companies, run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, creative), qualify leads (needs, budget, timeline), set meetings for AEs, expand opportunities via existing users, and iterate messaging and channels.

Own and operate end-to-end systems: GPU inference for ASR, real-time low-latency transcription (WebSockets, failover), native apps (Swift, C#, Electron IPC), backend (Django, Celery, Postgres), infra (Fly.io, Terraform, AWS, Redis). Ship production-quality code across the full stack.
