Oversee review of specifications, assessment strategies and specimen materials to ensure regulatory alignment, reduce rework and secure first-time accreditation. Design and refine QA frameworks, manage a specialist team, engage with Ofqual and senior stakeholders, drive cross-subject consistency, and embed continuous improvement across qualification development.

Lead a team of investigators to manage malpractice and appeals casework end-to-end, oversee complex and cyber-related cases, use MI/KPIs to drive timely delivery, represent AQA at hearings, support continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and GDPR compliance.
