Use Power BI/advanced Excel to analyse performance, run time-and-motion studies, design and implement process changes, track benefits, and embed new technology and ways of working. Engage stakeholders, prioritise change requests, and ensure improvements deliver measurable quality, productivity and cost outcomes.

Lead multiple productivity and efficiency initiatives across operations, logistics and supplier management.
