Lead and develop a People Advice team delivering consistent HR advice and casework. Oversee KPIs/SLAs, quality assurance, data-led reporting, process improvement, SOPs, and manager self-service. Act as escalation point, collaborate with Employee Relations and People Partners, and drive continuous improvement to enhance colleague experience and operational effectiveness.

Plan and deliver a programme of face-to-face, digital and hybrid events, managing logistics, budgets, stakeholders and suppliers. Ensure events meet safety, legal and accessibility standards, measure impact via KPIs, and continuously improve event processes and customer experience.

Process and screen high volumes of teacher applications using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel and Power BI. Provide first-line candidate and stakeholder support, maintain accurate records and reports, coordinate references and assessment activities, and contribute feedback to improve recruitment processes while working collaboratively across teams.

Design and maintain data architecture across assessment systems: produce data models, dictionaries and flows; translate business needs into data requirements; support data governance, security and retention; collaborate with solution architects and product teams; mentor colleagues and ensure delivery of domain data models across microservices.
