Lead group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, consolidation, and intercompany eliminations. Translate complex financial information into recommendations for senior stakeholders, improve reporting and planning processes, and oversee Workday and Adaptive Planning development. Manage, coach, and develop a specialist FP&A and finance systems team while coordinating financial cycles, risk and opportunity analysis, and consistent reporting across AQA’s growing group structure.

Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise SaaS products across Workday/iTrent or Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot. Lead product discovery, supplier and stakeholder engagement, value and impact analysis, horizon scanning, and delivery prioritization. Translate business needs into product strategy, guide Product Owners and technical teams, monitor performance, and drive innovation while balancing customer value, cost, risk, and feasibility. The role also includes line management and capability development for Product Owners.

Leads AQA’s enterprise application support function across SaaS platforms including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Workday and enterprise AI. Responsibilities include managing internal teams and suppliers, defining support processes, overseeing governance, audit, risk, resilience and continuity, improving service performance, planning capacity, managing transitions into live service, and influencing senior stakeholders. The role also drives proactive user support, supplier accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
