Leads community and stakeholder engagement across education, business, teaching, youth, university, and further education audiences. Builds partnerships, delivers engagement strategies and youth voice initiatives, and manages AQA’s grant-giving partnership programme end to end, including contracts, governance, funding cycles, budgets, impact measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Supports teachers, schools, and education stakeholders in delivering AQA Geography qualifications. Responsibilities include answering queries, producing subject updates, delivering training sessions, presenting at conferences, analyzing data and feedback, supporting assessment reform, managing subject-related projects, and collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Training, and Events. The role requires regular national travel and uses Geography expertise to improve customer satisfaction, strengthen qualification delivery, and support market growth.

Provides expert HR advice to managers and colleagues on employee lifecycle and complex employee relations matters. Leads disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, change management and TUPE processes; coaches managers; supports restructures, policy implementation and people plans; interprets HR data; maintains systems and records; and collaborates with People teams, trade unions and employee forums. The role requires strong employment law knowledge, communication skills, stakeholder management, and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
