Teams at AQA

Support applied educational research projects: literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, school visits, reports, presentations, and dissemination to shape assessment design and policy.

Lead and develop an eight-person content coordinator team to plan, produce and assure high-quality, customer-focused content across training, events, video and digital assets. Act as deputy to the Customer Content Manager, drive consistent processes, capacity planning, governance and copyright compliance, use data and AI-enabled tools to measure performance, and foster stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Support teachers nationally in Maths by answering queries, delivering training and events, analysing data to target support, shaping specifications, representing AQA at conferences, collaborating with internal teams, and managing associates to improve customer experience and qualification delivery.
