Partners with executive and operational leaders to improve processes, manage financial risks, support strategic initiatives, and ensure accurate, timely financial information across entities and locations.

Provides first-line technical support for in-house, branch, and remote employees. Troubleshoots Windows, Microsoft 365, and Apple iOS issues; manages support tickets; maintains user hardware and software; documents solutions; updates knowledge bases; escalates complex problems; and performs occasional branch site visits.

Leads company-wide accounting operations, financial reporting, close processes, internal controls, compliance, audits, tax coordination, cash management, budgeting, and accounting systems improvement. Advises executive leadership on financial performance and strategic initiatives while managing, developing, and scaling the accounting team and processes across entities or locations.

Manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from sale to completion: create purchase/work orders, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and customers, keep projects on schedule and budget, assist sales manager, and attend customer/architect/owner meetings.

Manage delivery and installation of commercial doors, frames, hardware and specialty packages. Prepare shop drawings, submittals, schedules, RFIs, and vendor quotes. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, attend site meetings, perform field measuring, maintain project files, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, security, and life-safety specifications.

Manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle for construction projects: invoicing, AIA billing, collections, credit reviews, reconciliations, aging management, reporting, audits, process improvements, and supervise AR staff while collaborating with project teams and clients to resolve payment issues.
