Assists customers and outside sales by identifying products, taking orders, creating sales orders, quoting pricing, processing payments or credit applications, and supporting order fulfillment. Maintains customer relationships, researches commercial door, frame, and hardware products, interprets blueprints and specifications, and provides proposal pricing. Requires strong communication, organization, product knowledge, and familiarity with Division 8 and/or 10 commercial hardware.

Supports outside sales and customers by identifying commercial door, frame, and hardware needs; answering inquiries; creating orders; processing payments and credit applications; quoting proposals; reviewing measurements, blueprints, specifications, and schedules; coordinating order fulfillment; managing inventory entries; and maintaining customer relationships.
