Provide technical project management support for commercial frames, doors, and hardware: review drawings/shop drawings, prepare and price change orders, troubleshoot materials, mentor and train PM staff, coordinate submittals and vendor POs, and ensure compliance with codes, manufacturer capabilities, and contract requirements.

Manage delivery and installation of commercial doors, frames, hardware and specialty packages. Prepare shop drawings, submittals, schedules, RFIs, and vendor quotes. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, attend site meetings, perform field measuring, maintain project files, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, security, and life-safety specifications.
