Leads accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, compliance, audits, tax coordination, cash management, budgeting support, systems improvement, and accounting team development. Partners with executive and operational leaders to improve processes, manage financial risks, support strategic initiatives, and ensure accurate, timely financial information across entities and locations.

Provides first-line technical support for in-house, branch, and remote employees. Troubleshoots Windows, Microsoft 365, and Apple iOS issues; manages support tickets; maintains user hardware and software; documents solutions; updates knowledge bases; escalates complex problems; and performs occasional branch site visits.
