Oversee international accounting, month-end close, statutory reporting, and US GAAP reporting for entities across EMEA, with emphasis on Belgium, Germany, Austria, Serbia, and the UK. Manage third-party accounting providers, external audits, reconciliations, foreign currency accounting, intercompany activities, internal controls, and process improvements. Lead and develop accounting professionals while partnering with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, HR, and Corporate Accounting on global controllership initiatives.

Architects and manages global sales enablement programs spanning onboarding, methodology training, continuous learning, content, playbooks, and launch readiness. Uses Salesforce, conversation intelligence, sales engagement, and enablement platforms to diagnose performance gaps, measure program impact, and improve ramp time, pipeline execution, and win rates. Partners with sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, sellers, executives, and external vendors while managing enablement workstreams and performance dashboards.

Leads Data Engineering, Data Governance, and BI/Analytics teams while owning enterprise data platform architecture, pipelines, governance, warehouse or lakehouse design, BI strategy, and data quality. Serves as the technical bridge between data teams and business stakeholders, manages the platform roadmap, and oversees governed data integration for Glean AI search and agent tools. This hands-on director role combines architecture, engineering, people leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder partnership.
