Lead and manage multiple Aprimo implementation projects for US and EMEA customers, handling kickoffs, workshops, configuration, training, documentation, client communications, and coordinating a Manila-based configuration team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead technical implementation of Aprimo integrations and automation. Design, configure, validate data workflows, troubleshoot issues, support migrations and environment setup, document runbooks, and collaborate with TSAs, Support, Product, and Customer Success to deliver scalable SaaS integrations.
