The Business Development Representative will work with Demand Generation and Account Executives to drive new business revenue, identifying prospects, generating appointments, and maintaining an opportunity pipeline.

Manage existing enterprise customers to ensure satisfaction and retention, drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, handle contracts and negotiations, collaborate with CSMs and cross-functional teams, shape account planning and expansion, and use tools like Clari and DemandFarm to execute growth strategies.

The Technical Solution Architect will design integration solutions, collaborate with teams and clients, guide project implementations, and mentor technical staff.

Manage and grow Aprimo's partner ecosystem (SI/GSI, ISV, agencies). Source and onboard partners, enable co-selling and joint GTM, negotiate agreements, drive partner-generated leads and revenue, and collaborate cross-functionally while using AI tools to boost efficiency.
