Manage customer lifecycle for Aprimo’s SaaS platform: onboard customers, drive adoption and value realization, conduct business reviews, act as trusted advisor, analyze usage data, deliver high-value advisory engagements, liaise across internal teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate account work and communications.

Provide post-implementation support and configuration for the Aprimo platform, troubleshoot platform issues, implement setup changes, assist implementations and project leads, build/maintain reports, perform QA testing, and contribute to services practice and knowledge sharing while engaging directly with customers.

The Business Development Representative will work with Demand Generation and Account Executives to drive new business revenue, identifying prospects, generating appointments, and maintaining an opportunity pipeline.

The Technical Solution Architect will design integration solutions, collaborate with teams and clients, guide project implementations, and mentor technical staff.
