Develops and maintains integrated schedules for wind farm projects using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Tracks progress, milestones, productivity, resources, materials, contractor execution, billing, and project risks. Prepares progress reports, S-curves, KPI dashboards, look-ahead plans, recovery schedules, and billing documentation. Coordinates with contractors, vendors, engineering, SCM, QA/QC, HSSE, PMC, and internal stakeholders to support timely project execution.

Manage the full lifecycle of service, supply, EPC, and subcontract agreements for power and AMI projects. Responsibilities include contract review, negotiation support, compliance monitoring, claims and variation management, risk mitigation, invoicing, procurement coordination, reporting, documentation, and dispute resolution support. The role requires collaboration with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project, and Business teams while maintaining contract registers and audit-ready records.

Collects and analyzes data from AMI sites, prepares MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management briefings. Supports senior management with agendas, minutes, action trackers, deadlines, and periodic updates. Coordinates with internal departments and state teams to gather information, ensure timely submissions, and support cross-functional reporting. Requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, presentation, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills, with an MBA, M.Com, or B.Tech and at least four years of experience.
