Support the organization's digital transformation by developing and testing analytical models and digital tools for asset management, forecasting, predictive maintenance, digital twin applications, and power market analysis. Analyze operational and market data, create dashboards and reports, support automation and process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Lead planning, implementation, monitoring and optimization of AMI communications (RF Mesh and Cellular). Provide technical support to site managers, coordinate with system integrators and OEMs, inspect SIM/NIC/antenna hardware, develop/deploy NMS, analyze failures and conduct root cause analysis, and resolve communication-related SLA issues.

Lead design, engineering and technical due diligence for greenfield and M&A solar projects. Conduct feasibility studies, PV system modeling and optimization, AC/DC design, cable sizing, earthing and SLDs. Oversee QA/QC, factory inspections, commissioning, O&M support, BESS integration, prepare technical documentation, manage multiple projects, and develop engineering teams.
