Accountabilities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, consolidate and analyse data from AMI sites.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, summaries and analytical reports.
• Support management in preparing data-driven reports for review and decision-making.
Presentation
• Prepare professional and management-level PPT based on business requirements.
• Compile information from various sources and present it in a clear, concise and visually effective manner.
• Update and maintain presentations, dashboards and management reports.
Management Support
• Provide day-to-day support to senior management in preparing reports, presentations and briefing materials.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action trackers and follow-up reports, as required.
• Maintain and track important information, deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing management updates and periodic review presentations.
Coordination
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required data, inputs and updates.
• Follow up with state teams to ensure timely submission of information.
• Support cross-functional teams in preparing reports and presentations.
