Provide technical application support to global customers: troubleshoot platform issues, support integrations and Microsoft Cloud environments, run SQL queries, work with APIs, document findings, collaborate with engineering and peers, and act as a customer/reseller advocate to ensure timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native backend services (.NET/C#) for multi-tenant systems. Implement REST APIs, message-based integrations (Azure Service Bus), background workers, and performance optimizations. Participate in architecture, code reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting production issues, and CI/CD-driven delivery across the full software lifecycle.

Operate and improve Kubernetes-based cloud and on-prem infrastructure, own GitOps delivery with ArgoCD and Kustomize, manage clusters (provisioning, scaling, access, cost/performance), maintain CI/CD via Azure DevOps, automate operational tasks, apply containerization best practices, troubleshoot production issues, and document work.

The SDR will prospect and qualify leads to build pipeline for Account Executives via outbound outreach, inbound qualification, short discovery calls, initial demos, and CRM hygiene. Responsibilities include using HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, running multi-touch cadences, qualifying with frameworks (BANT/MEDDIC), booking demos, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and pipeline.

The Microsoft CSP Support Specialist will provide technical and operational support for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider workflows, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction by navigating Microsoft Partner Center and optimizing CSP program operations.

Validate and deliver accurate billing and invoicing data by analyzing large datasets, running SQL queries, testing APIs with Postman, investigating discrepancies, applying corrections, supporting integrations, and driving automation and process improvements while collaborating with product, development, QA, and operations teams.
