Own critical components in multi-tenant systems, implement REST APIs and Azure Service Bus messaging, improve performance and reliability, mentor engineers, participate in full SDLC, and collaborate with QA/support on production issues.

Provide technical and operational support for enterprise customers using Microsoft cloud technologies. Troubleshoot issues, run SQL queries, work with APIs, document findings, collaborate with engineering and global teams, and help customers maximize value from Microsoft products.

Design, build, and maintain API and middleware integrations (REST/GraphQL/SOAP), event-driven flows, connectors to enterprise systems, ensure secure/observable pipelines, document specs, and support end-to-end integration testing in agile teams.
