Provides technical support for API integrations, database connectivity, data exchange, and Microsoft Cloud integrations. Investigates integration failures using logs, API responses, SQL queries, and database records; tests APIs and troubleshoots authentication issues. Collaborates with engineering teams, documents troubleshooting procedures, supports customer configuration, communicates technical issues to stakeholders, and drives timely resolution and customer satisfaction in a fully remote EMEA-aligned role.

Provide technical application support to global customers: troubleshoot platform issues, support integrations and Microsoft Cloud environments, run SQL queries, work with APIs, document findings, collaborate with engineering and peers, and act as a customer/reseller advocate to ensure timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

Operate and improve Kubernetes-based cloud and on-prem infrastructure, own GitOps delivery with ArgoCD and Kustomize, manage clusters (provisioning, scaling, access, cost/performance), maintain CI/CD via Azure DevOps, automate operational tasks, apply containerization best practices, troubleshoot production issues, and document work.
