Own operational and technical execution for Client Success: resolve HubSpot tickets, document bugs in ClickUp, configure PMS integrations (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Rent Manager, Entrata), run audits and reports, QA client setups, provide live support and training, and build knowledge-base and AI-powered efficiency tools.

Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend, collaborate with design and product to deliver pixel-perfect UIs, shape scalable system architecture, mentor junior engineers, and ensure reliable, performant web applications.

Plan and execute automation strategy and build/maintain automated test suites across web, mobile, and backend APIs. Collaborate with engineers to improve testability, maintain CI/CD pipelines, verify integrations and reproduce bugs, and contribute to testing for AI features and offline/real-time scenarios.

Drive new business for AppWork by owning the full sales cycle with mid-market multifamily clients. Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals; manage complex sales processes; collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success; represent the company at industry conferences and provide market feedback to inform product roadmap.

Lead and contribute to backend architecture and code for a PropTech platform; mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, implement scalable systems, integrate databases and messaging, improve CI/CD, and collaborate with Product, Design, and CS to deliver production-ready features.

Lead adoption of agentic AI coding tools across engineering, build internal context and tooling (agents, MCP integrations, prompts), run enablement and playbooks, measure impact on delivery, and set security and usage guardrails to scale AI-powered engineering.

Build and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend and backend. Translate designs into responsive UIs, design scalable backend systems, collaborate with product and design, and mentor junior engineers to drive quality and performance.
