Provide technical and client support for AppWork’s property management platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting tickets, chats, and calls; configuring new communities, permissions, vendors, and templates; supporting software integrations; reviewing account readiness; sharing reports; assisting client meetings and training; following up on issues; and creating documentation. The role requires multifamily property management experience, PMS expertise, strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Build and maintain end-to-end web application features across frontend and backend systems. Translate designs into responsive, high-quality interfaces, contribute to scalable architecture, optimize performance and reliability, collaborate with product and design teams, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires substantial full-stack experience, Elixir expertise, modern frontend framework knowledge, API and database proficiency, AWS familiarity, and experience with asynchronous processing.

Drive new business for AppWork by owning the full sales cycle with mid-market multifamily clients. Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals; manage complex sales processes; collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success; represent the company at industry conferences and provide market feedback to inform product roadmap.
