Teams at Apptopia

Lead and oversee the full UX process for a SaaS product: own product roadmap, design and wireframe new features, collaborate with engineering, prioritize UX initiatives, analyze metrics and user data, represent user needs across teams, and promote user-centered decision making.

Serve as clients' primary point of contact to understand needs, recommend Apptopia products, reduce churn, drive retention and growth, and relay product feedback to shape roadmap.

Work on a three-person sales team managing full sales cycle: prospecting, list building, outreach, discovery calls, nurturing leads, and supporting senior rep to drive revenue. Goal is to transition into a full sales role within ~3 months.
