Establish performance KPIs centered on SQL value, optimize investment through experimentation and analytics, and use AI for reporting, market intelligence, and campaign insights. Lead full B2B sales cycle for IT services, focusing on new enterprise client acquisition. Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close complex, long sales cycles (6–9 months); co-create consultative solutions with technical teams; meet revenue targets and build high-quality pipeline.

Build and optimize Appsilon's GTM and lead-gen engine: research target accounts, design multi-channel outreach, generate qualified pipeline, run GTM experiments, collaborate with Marketing and Delivery, manage CRM and automation, and hand over opportunities to Sales.

Build and maintain scalable AWS and Azure cloud platforms supporting data science and machine learning workflows. Automate DevOps processes, define infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, and develop infrastructure for tools such as Databricks and Posit. Advise clients on architecture and best practices, collaborate across teams, lead documentation, and contribute to technical initiatives in a remote consulting environment.

Designs and builds cloud platforms across AWS and Azure using infrastructure-as-code, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation. Advises clients, develops technical solutions, supports pre-sales, leads small teams, mentors junior engineers, and guides end-to-end platform architecture and delivery. The role collaborates with engineering, data, and sales teams across Europe, LATAM, and US time zones.

Develop and maintain web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React. Design RESTful APIs, work with PostgreSQL/MySQL, ensure quality code, collaborate with product and data teams, and contribute to tooling and deployment practices in a remote, regulated life-sciences environment.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows by orchestrating LLMs, retrieval systems, and tools; integrate solutions into client applications, optimize agent performance, ensure observability and LLMOps best practices, and collaborate with engineering and data teams.

Design and build R/Shiny web applications, choose appropriate technologies, implement performant reactivity, process and visualize data, troubleshoot issues, communicate directly with clients, deliver features on schedule, share knowledge, and work in Agile teams using cloud environments.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines; integrate diverse data sources into warehouses or lakes; collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure quality and availability; optimize schemas, models, and performance; implement governance, security, and compliance; monitor reliability and document systems.

Develop and maintain R-based statistical programs, TLFs, and Shiny apps to support drug development and clinical trials. Apply CDISC standards, GxP validation principles, medical data review and pharmacovigilance knowledge, use version control, and collaborate with scientists while supporting requirements and backlog management.
