Design and deliver digital products, websites, applications, services, design systems, and AI-enabled experiences. Translate user, business, and technical needs into journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Use generative AI across research, ideation, prototyping, and production while evaluating quality, accessibility, privacy, and reliability. Collaborate with clients, strategists, researchers, developers, and designers; lead workstreams, support workshops and presentations, and mentor less-experienced designers.

Designs, builds, and maintains native iOS and Connected Car features integrated with vehicle systems and cloud backends. Leads mobile architecture, performance, security, testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile delivery. Resolves complex defects, mentors junior developers, collaborates with cross-functional international stakeholders, and contributes to engineering strategy and roadmap commitments.

Leads client engagements focused on product-market fit, product strategy, organizational design, AI-driven product development, and digital product innovation. Partners with senior product executives, translates research and business goals into roadmaps, improves product team structures and ways of working, and advocates for design culture. Owns client relationships and projects, coaches junior colleagues, and helps evolve the consultancy’s product strategy offering.

Leads brand identity and visual design projects from strategy through delivery. Develops brand narratives, scalable visual systems, digital product experiences, and cohesive cross-channel identities. Collaborates with strategy, product, and technology teams; presents concepts to clients; facilitates workshops; mentors designers; and maintains high creative quality. The role also contributes to AI-assisted creative workflows, motion design, accessibility, and operational brand platforms.

Develop Android framework and UI features using Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose, and modular architecture. Integrate Android lifecycle, permissions, Binder/AIDL, system services, and automotive Car APIs. Build Gradle multi-module pipelines, product flavors, automated tests, and CI workflows. Validate lifecycle and vehicle sleep/wake scenarios, use AI-assisted engineering tools, and collaborate with international app, platform, and release teams.

Own and evolve enterprise-grade design systems across automotive and multi-product digital ecosystems. Build scalable Figma component architectures, tokens, variables, libraries, documentation, and governance models. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, strategy, and design teams to connect design intent with implementation. Introduce AI-supported and agentic workflows, validate system quality, and improve design operations, consistency, usability, and scalability.

Develop, test, and maintain Android applications, system services, and platform components for automotive infotainment systems. Integrate AI, speech, audio, and multimodal capabilities across onboard and cloud platforms. Optimize Android performance on embedded hardware, debug systems, profile workloads, and contribute to CI pipelines, automated testing, and Agile delivery.

Manage projects across product and brand strategy, product design, and brand design from scoping through delivery. Responsibilities include developing plans, coordinating multidisciplinary resources, managing budgets and schedules, identifying risks and dependencies, communicating with clients, organizing workshops and reviews, supporting proposals, and keeping implementation on track. The role requires familiarity with design and development workflows, commercial project management, AI-enabled workflows, and fluent German and English.

Owns end-to-end UX/UI design for web, app, and internal digital products, from discovery and prototyping through validation and delivery. Collaborates with product, engineering, data, AI, and business teams; applies Lean UX, research, experimentation, accessibility, and design systems.
