Coach, mentor, train, and assess refrigeration, air conditioning, fabrication, and mechanical engineering apprentices. Visit host companies and apprentices across an assigned Auckland territory, provide feedback and educational support, manage learner progress, and coordinate practical training and assessments. The role also requires effective territory planning, customer engagement, communication, facilitation, reporting, and independent time management, with work-from-home flexibility when not conducting visits.

Administer weekly apprentice payroll accurately and on time, including payroll data, reporting, audits, adjustments, reimbursements, leave, completions, and terminations. Respond to payroll and timesheet enquiries, support users of TimeFiler, ensure compliance with New Zealand payroll and employment legislation, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires strong accuracy, communication, customer service, prioritization, and deadline management.

Join as a General Engineering Apprentice to learn machining, fabrication, repair, servicing and assembly through on-the-job training and study. Work in a hands-on workshop environment across stainless, aluminium and structural steel projects while earning a wage, receiving mentorship, qualification support, safety gear and a tool allowance.
