Support the Project Manager in planning and executing technical aspects of CCTV sewer inspection projects. Ensure contract, specification, quality, and HSE compliance; prepare/review technical submittals and reports; monitor schedule, quantities, and productivity; coordinate with clients, field teams, and subcontractors; assist inspections and technical meetings; resolve technical issues and maintain project documentation and records.

Support Project Engineer in technical submittals, permits, reports, and documentation for CCTV sewer inspection projects. Monitor schedule, track quantities, maintain records, coordinate field teams, clients, and subcontractors ensuring contract, quality, and HSE compliance.

Provide continuous on-site safety coverage for sewer-cleaning and CCTV field teams. Implement the Project HSE Plan, conduct inspections, monitor high-risk activities, enforce permits and PPE, lead toolbox talks, report incidents and hazards, follow up corrective actions, and escalate serious violations to QHSE management.

Lead and manage local content certification, audits, tender calculations, and performance monitoring across entities and projects. Liaise with LCGPA and stakeholders, maintain LC governance, dashboards and reports, support procurement and HR to improve localization, and drive standardization and continuous improvement of LC processes.

Lead design, review, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and utility systems for industrial facilities. Perform thermal/load calculations, airflow analysis, site inspections, QA of contractor work, resolve RFIs and design changes, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams using BIM/CAD and validate pre-commissioning and startup of mechanical systems.

Manage, validate, analyze, and report survey and structural monitoring data for the Riyadh Metro. Maintain databases, process settlement/displacement/vibration data, monitor thresholds, investigate anomalies, produce reports and dashboards, administer monitoring software and SQL/GIS systems, and ensure data quality and compliance.
