Support the Project Manager in planning and executing technical aspects of CCTV sewer inspection projects. Ensure contract, specification, quality, and HSE compliance; prepare/review technical submittals and reports; monitor schedule, quantities, and productivity; coordinate with clients, field teams, and subcontractors; assist inspections and technical meetings; resolve technical issues and maintain project documentation and records.

Support Project Engineer in technical submittals, permits, reports, and documentation for CCTV sewer inspection projects. Monitor schedule, track quantities, maintain records, coordinate field teams, clients, and subcontractors ensuring contract, quality, and HSE compliance.

Provide continuous on-site safety coverage for sewer-cleaning and CCTV field teams. Implement the Project HSE Plan, conduct inspections, monitor high-risk activities, enforce permits and PPE, lead toolbox talks, report incidents and hazards, follow up corrective actions, and escalate serious violations to QHSE management.
