Teams at Applied Technical Services (ATS)

Provides front-office administrative support, including client setup, invoicing, payment collection, account maintenance, contract review assistance, customer and vendor communication, accounts receivable follow-up, employee onboarding, and general office duties. Requires strong organization, communication, time management, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role is primarily office-based with occasional laboratory work and requires access to ITAR-controlled information as a U.S. Person.

Generates and qualifies new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, inbound lead response, and customer relationship development. Presents ATS solutions, provides quotes, maintains CRM data integrity, manages opportunity pipelines, schedules qualified meetings, and coordinates with marketing, sales, and technical teams. Supports revenue growth by meeting activity and lead qualification goals, sharing market insights, and attending trade shows or client meetings as needed.

Creates and revises technical test reports from laboratory datasheets, images, and raw analysis data. Coordinates technical reviews, incorporates corrections, ensures accurate and timely delivery to customers, and supports laboratory, office, project management, and technical writing activities as needed. This is a part-time role requiring strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
