Teams at Applied Technical Services (ATS)

Serve as the senior technical expert for Navy and shipboard testing programs, advising on MIL-STDs, reviewing test procedures, supporting proposals with BD teams, leading program execution, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with Navy standards.

Drive revenue and market expansion for testing services across the Midwest (primary Ohio territory). Perform outside selling (60%+ field time) across ~150–200 customer locations, build and maintain client relationships, demonstrate services, close deals, use CRM, attend industry events, and coordinate internally to deliver technical solutions. Up to 50% travel; U.S. Person requirement (ITAR).

Lead development and standardization of NDT training programs per ASNT CP-105. Plan, schedule, and deliver classroom and hands-on RT, MT, PT, UT, and VT training. Ensure compliance with SNT-TC-1A, NAS410, NAVSEA 271, and ASME standards. Maintain training records, evaluate effectiveness, and collaborate with operations.
