Perform VT and MT examinations, operate NDT equipment, interface with managers and clients, prepare reports, and ensure safety procedures.

Lead and manage calibration lab operations at a new Huntsville location. Oversee technicians, perform calibrations, ensure quality/compliance, support sales, manage supplier/contracts, develop staff, evaluate performance, and drive growth while maintaining hands-on technical capability.

Perform field vibration testing and data collection on rotating and industrial equipment, review customer specs, follow QA procedures, interface with clients, and support Reliability Engineering. May perform infrared and offline motor testing; travel and extended shifts required.
