Drive revenue growth across aerospace, aviation, defense, and space accounts by developing strategic account plans, managing complex sales cycles, translating technical and compliance needs into calibration and testing solutions, leading proposals and negotiations, and expanding enterprise relationships. The role requires collaboration with engineering, operations, quality, metrology, and maintenance stakeholders while maintaining CRM discipline, forecast accuracy, pipeline development, and account growth.

Perform radiographic nondestructive testing inspections on naval ships and submarines. Level I technicians assist with equipment setup, inspections, documentation, and certified personnel. Level II radiographers independently conduct RT examinations, prepare instructions, report results, guide trainees, and coordinate with clients. Both roles require radiation safety compliance, industrial-environment work, physical labor, extended shifts, and adherence to safety programs.

Entry-level mechanical engineer supporting inspections, testing, equipment installations, structural and mechanical analysis, load testing, engineering calculations, design drawings, certification reports, client meetings, subcontractor coordination, and field data collection. The role involves approximately 50% customer-site work across the Midwest, frequent regional travel, occasional national travel, work at heights, and collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
