Manages aerospace, defense, and commercial customer programs from inquiry and quotation through production, delivery, and completion. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, suppliers, and customers; tracks schedules, risks, requirements, deliverables, and corrective actions. Supports technical sales, quotation follow-up, business development, customer relationships, trade shows, qualification activities, and product understanding. Requires strong communication, organization, customer-service, and multitasking skills, with approximately 25%–50% travel.

Manage engineering programs from contract acceptance through production while meeting customer, budget, schedule, quality, and efficiency requirements. Coordinate engineering, production, business development, and customer teams; prepare drawings, schedules, presentations, and documentation; assess risks; monitor production progress; resolve design and testing issues; plan manufacturing resources; and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
