The Fundraising Specialist builds relationships with donors, businesses, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners. Responsibilities include identifying fundraising opportunities, coordinating special events, securing sponsorships and donations, supporting donor stewardship, preparing fundraising materials, maintaining records, tracking results, and representing the organization in the community. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, project management, and local travel flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend events.

Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Co-Occurring Services program: supervise and mentor staff, ensure documentation quality and compliance, manage grant-funded initiatives and program operations, build community partnerships, support program development and quality improvement, and maintain a small direct client caseload (~10%).

Provide individual and team clinical supervision for family case managers and dependent licensed counselors, maintain a small caseload, ensure documentation and compliance, support hiring and performance evaluations, collaborate with leadership and community partners, and use outcome data to drive quality improvement in a trauma-informed integrated care setting.
