Teams at Appleseed Community Mental Health Center, Inc.

Greet clients, answer and route calls, schedule and manage appointments, update client records and insurance information, collect payments, process referrals, maintain confidential files per HIPAA, support front office clerical tasks, and assist with special projects.

Provide individual and team clinical supervision for family case managers and dependent licensed counselors, maintain a small caseload, ensure documentation and compliance, support hiring and performance evaluations, collaborate with leadership and community partners, and use outcome data to drive quality improvement in a trauma-informed integrated care setting.

Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Co-Occurring Services program: supervise and mentor staff, ensure documentation quality and compliance, manage grant-funded initiatives and program operations, build community partnerships, support program development and quality improvement, and maintain a small direct client caseload (~10%).
