Product Manager

About you

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• 5+ years of experience working with software development teams
• 4+ years of experience as a product leader/manager or similar roles 
• Demonstrated proficiency to manage the entire lifecycle of a product solution 
• Proven experience conducting business strategies & discoveries with executives or real users 
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in managing backlogs and roadmaps using tools like Jira.
• Leadership skills: charismatic, diligent and willing to contribute. Aligning with partners and internal teams, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, changes, and blockers.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant field.
• Conversational English skills, as you will be working with U.S. clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Design and deliver strategies consistent with client business as a subject matter expert
• Lead discovery efforts in collaboration with Design teams to set vision, goals, market fit and product financial analysis to ensure success.
• Make creative recommendations to expand business with existing clients based on opportunity assessments that benefit both Applaudo and Client 
• Tracks client business metrics in coherence with the goal and set tactical plans to achieve the desired results (ROI, Churn rate, adoption levels, etc) 
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources 
• Define a clear vision for the solution developed while connecting the business impact of MVP initiatives to clear goals and objectives. 
• Design pathways to release or launch product solutions to the user hands including working with communication/marketing teams, executives, and other product management team members 
• Continuous exploration of industry reinvention, trends and innovative solutions to assist our customers to reconfigure their businesses, operations, and technology to respond to market demands 

Technical skills

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum / Kanban framework. Proficiency in Jira or similar backlog management tools, knowledge of product discovery approaches, basic knowledge of software development concepts, experience with stabilization plans and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
