About the role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to directly support our AdCreative.ai CEO, Alexandre Leciel, and leadership team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role—perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and making things happen. You will also support bridging the communication between the AdCreative.ai and Appier leadership team. We would also welcome those with the relevant experience wishing to grow within the role, and potentially transition into a Operations function over time.
Responsibilities
- Be the right hand to the CEO & leadership, managing schedules, meetings, and priorities.
- Handle key communications—emails, follow-ups, and executive coordination.
- Streamline operations by anticipating needs and solving problems fast.
- Coordinate projects & logistics to support business growth.
- Ensure efficiency & focus by acting as a gatekeeper and keeping things on track.
- Support the broader office management and administrative responsibilities as necessary
About you
- 10+ years of experience in Executive Assistance and/or office management
- Passion for open-source AI and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong English skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Based in Paris (office location: 75009).
- Familiarity with CRMs and automation tools.
- Bonus: Background in marketing, advertising, or curiosity about AI and Machine Learning.
