Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for a global, multi-entity SaaS company. Build finance systems, controls, tax compliance, and KPI dashboards. Partner with executives, Board, and investors, support strategic transactions, and recruit and lead a finance organization.

Develop and ship Angular + TypeScript features using RxJS, build and document reusable design-system components (Tailwind, Storybook, PrimeNG), collaborate with backend/data teams, improve platform performance, and maintain code health through testing and refactoring.

Design, develop, and deliver backend API features and microservices for a globally distributed SaaS. Improve caching and database usage, design next-generation infrastructure, and help scale the platform (Node.js, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch) deployed via Docker/Kubernetes on AWS.

Own and grow enterprise customer accounts across Brazil, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, adoption, and retention. Build executive relationships, lead account planning and business reviews, manage complex expansion sales cycles, resolve escalations, and serve as an Appdome platform expert. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Service Delivery teams while mentoring Customer Success peers and traveling across Brazil and LATAM for customer and industry engagements.

Leads and scales SaaS deal desk operations, including quote preparation, pricing and discount approvals, CPQ automation, CRM workflows, contract-term standardization, reporting, and sales training. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to improve deal efficiency, compliance, and scalability. Manages a small team and supports complex technology transactions while driving data-informed process improvements.

Build and maintain automated data validation for large-scale event pipelines, validating end-to-end flows across ingestion, processing, storage, and dashboards. Investigate discrepancies, monitor anomalies and data freshness, create SQL validations and automated reports, maintain CI/CD validation jobs, and collaborate with engineering, data, QA, and product teams to resolve data quality issues. Support performance testing, data observability, and production monitoring.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts in Mexico through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Build executive relationships, lead account planning, business reviews, success plans, expansions, and complex renewals. Serve as an Appdome platform expert, drive adoption, mentor CSMs, contribute to enablement, resolve escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally. Travel across Mexico and LATAM to meet customers and represent the company at industry events.

Build and maintain automated data validation for large-scale event pipelines. Validate end-to-end data flows, schemas, freshness, latency, anomalies, and dashboard accuracy using SQL and automation. Investigate discrepancies across production systems, warehouses, object storage, and staging environments. Create CI/CD validation jobs, reports, dashboards, and monitoring processes while collaborating with engineering, data, QA, and product teams to resolve data quality issues and support scalability testing.

Analyze iOS and Android OS internals, reverse-engineer devices and large systems, identify vulnerabilities, and develop/implement mobile security protections in collaboration with the security team.

Build and maintain internal backend components, microservices, and automation tools to improve CI/CD, developer workflows, and system reliability. Design Docker/Kubernetes pipelines, integrate with CI/CD and DevOps vendors, support deployment automation and scaling, and collaborate with QA and R&D on testing and observability.

Design and develop fraud detection systems and scalable backend services; process large datasets with data teams; write high-performance C/C++ code; move prototypes to production while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure. Optimize storage and retrieval for structured and unstructured data, integrate data solutions with products, apply DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, observability), and use AWS and ElasticSearch. Maintain SQL and NoSQL databases and leverage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Develop and maintain core product infrastructure and security components for Android and iOS apps using C/C++ and other languages. Design, implement, test, and debug multi-threaded systems, integrate native SDKs, and evaluate new technologies to improve platform security.
