The Enablement Engineer supports APAC customers through pre-sales, proofs of value, onboarding, go-lives, training, and upsell engagements. Responsibilities include technical demonstrations, requirements scoping, trial and POV leadership, troubleshooting, partner enablement, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Service Delivery. The role requires strong mobile application and application security expertise, customer-facing technical leadership, workshop facilitation, and the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.

Own and scale production AWS infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Operate EKS and Kubernetes workloads, build Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Terraform and scripting, and maintain monitoring, security, incident response, backups, and disaster recovery. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, improves scalable workflows and systems, and supports AI-driven legal process transformation. Candidates need an active bar membership, significant SaaS commercial legal experience, and proficiency with CLM, CRM, automation, and business software.

Conduct offensive security research and sophisticated attack simulations against mobile applications and the Appdome platform. Analyze attack vectors involving file systems, networks, jailbreaks, memory injection, and related techniques across iOS and Android environments. Develop analysis plans, automate testing, document findings, troubleshoot issues, and understand systems at both high-level architectural and low-level technical perspectives.

Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Appdome’s mobile cybersecurity SaaS platform. Understand customer objectives and budgeting cycles, identify upsell opportunities, drive pipeline and ARR growth, resolve issues, promote Appdome solutions, and collaborate with global customer-facing teams. Gather customer feedback and travel regularly for customer meetings and conferences.

Own and grow enterprise customer accounts across Brazil, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, adoption, and retention. Build executive relationships, lead account planning and business reviews, manage complex expansion sales cycles, resolve escalations, and serve as an Appdome platform expert. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Service Delivery teams while mentoring Customer Success peers and traveling across Brazil and LATAM for customer and industry engagements.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts in Mexico through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Serve as an Appdome platform expert, drive adoption, mentor CSMs, contribute to enablement, resolve escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally. Analyze iOS and Android OS internals, reverse-engineer devices and large systems, identify vulnerabilities, and develop/implement mobile security protections in collaboration with the security team.

Build and maintain internal backend components, microservices, and automation tools to improve CI/CD, developer workflows, and system reliability. Design Docker/Kubernetes pipelines, integrate with CI/CD and DevOps vendors, support deployment automation and scaling, and collaborate with QA and R&D on testing and observability.

Design and develop fraud detection systems and scalable backend services; process large datasets with data teams; write high-performance C/C++ code; move prototypes to production while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure. Optimize storage and retrieval for structured and unstructured data, integrate data solutions with products, apply DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, observability), and use AWS and ElasticSearch. Maintain SQL and NoSQL databases and leverage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Develop and maintain core product infrastructure and security components for Android and iOS apps using C/C++ and other languages. Design, implement, test, and debug multi-threaded systems, integrate native SDKs, and evaluate new technologies to improve platform security.
