The Enablement Engineer supports APAC customers through pre-sales, proofs of value, onboarding, go-lives, training, and upsell engagements. Responsibilities include technical demonstrations, requirements scoping, trial and POV leadership, troubleshooting, partner enablement, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Service Delivery. The role requires strong mobile application and application security expertise, customer-facing technical leadership, workshop facilitation, and the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.

Own and scale production AWS infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Operate EKS and Kubernetes workloads, build Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Terraform and scripting, and maintain monitoring, security, incident response, backups, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with developers to improve deployment reliability, platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency while supporting high-availability production systems.

Supports commercial SaaS sales and legal processes, including quotes, orders, NDAs, MSAs, deal-term negotiations, vendor onboarding, contract standardization, AI tool implementation, and reporting. Partners with Sales, Finance, and Legal to improve scalable, compliant processes. The role requires an active bar membership, commercial legal experience, SaaS familiarity, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with productivity and contracting tools.
