Manage and troubleshoot internal and production systems, provide help desk and onboarding/offboarding support, configure hardware and networks, maintain IT inventory, and support product development, testing, and deployments including first-response for production incidents.

Develop and maintain core product infrastructure and security components for Android and iOS apps using C/C++ and other languages. Design, implement, test, and debug multi-threaded systems, integrate native SDKs, and evaluate new technologies to improve platform security.

Develop and ship Angular + TypeScript features using RxJS, build and document reusable design-system components (Tailwind, Storybook, PrimeNG), collaborate with backend/data teams, improve platform performance, and maintain code health through testing and refactoring.
