Manages client relationships, territory sales, orders, and a book of business for a luxury design brand. Presents products, develops business through outreach and events, manages Salesforce-based quoting and order processes, supports gallery standards, analyzes sales opportunities, and collaborates with sales and brand teams. The role is based in the New York gallery, requires occasional travel and weekend availability as needed, and targets client experience and revenue goals.

Manages wholesale orders and inquiries from entry through payment and fulfillment. Maintains Salesforce records, coordinates with production and shipping, monitors order status, communicates with trade partners, and supports the New York Sales team with reporting, documentation, client meetings, gallery events, and brand standards.

Lead Miami gallery sales and a client-focused team to meet revenue and KPI targets. Own territory business development, client engagement, gallery operations, events, and brand representation while ensuring excellent client experience and cross‑team communication.
