Lead delivery of complex medical communications and Medical Affairs programmes (abstracts, posters, manuscripts, congress deliverables, advisory boards, education). Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, SOWs, cross-functional teams, client relationships, and financial performance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Manage multiple medical communications publications and programmes from initiation to completion, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts and congress deliverables. Create and maintain project plans, manage budgets and invoicing, coordinate stakeholders and clients, identify risks and scope changes, and support financial forecasting and client communications.

Serve as the day-to-day client contact for an international aesthetics account, leading delivery of medical communications across markets. Manage timelines, budgets, resources and workflows; coordinate digital assets, educational materials and events; collaborate with scientific, creative and digital teams; and identify opportunities to grow the account.

Lead execution of medical communications projects from initiation to closeout. Manage timelines, budgets, client communication, cross-functional coordination, review cycles, and financial reconciliation to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
