Manage multiple medical communications projects end-to-end: plan timelines and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, track finances and risks, support proposals, prepare client materials, and drive process improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Manage and coordinate multiple medical education projects across a global Women's Health account. Serve as client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain timelines and budgets, support meetings and deliverables (webinars, workshops, slides, videos), identify risks and solutions, and contribute ideas to improve delivery and client satisfaction.
