Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and thought leadership. Create written, visual, and video content; manage editorial calendars and update web/landing pages. Maintain campaign and prospect data in Salesforce, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business priorities.

Provide day-to-day HR operational support for corporate employees including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, FMLA and ADA accommodation administration, HR recordkeeping and reporting in Paycom, and general HR administrative duties. Coordinate with IT, Facilities, managers, and Payroll to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes and support HR projects and system improvements.

Support accounting and finance through reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis for clinical partnerships. Prepare financial reports, perform variance and contract analysis, model compensation and productivity metrics, and present insights to hospital and internal leadership. Maintain reporting tools, extract and validate financial data, and support process automation and client-facing financial discussions.

Process and review daily payer enrollment tasks in the Athena portal for ERA/EFT registrations, verify/update pay-to/billing addresses with carriers, maintain trackers and work queues, research and escalate payer enrollment issues, ensure HIPAA compliance, and communicate trends to the EDI Enrollment Manager.
