Provide day-to-day HR operational support for corporate employees including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, FMLA and ADA accommodation administration, HR recordkeeping and reporting in Paycom, and general HR administrative duties. Coordinate with IT, Facilities, managers, and Payroll to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes and support HR projects and system improvements.

Support accounting and finance through reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis for clinical partnerships. Prepare financial reports, perform variance and contract analysis, model compensation and productivity metrics, and present insights to hospital and internal leadership. Maintain reporting tools, extract and validate financial data, and support process automation and client-facing financial discussions.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain backend and full-stack applications supporting healthcare workflows. Lead architecture and cross-functional technical decisions, implement integrations and data pipelines, enforce data governance, automate workflows (including AI-assisted development), and ensure system reliability through CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and production support.

Support general ledger accounting by allocating expenses, preparing journal entries, amortizations, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analyses. Assist monthly/quarterly reporting and annual audit preparation while using advanced Excel and NetSuite in a hybrid work model.

Process and review daily payer enrollment tasks in the Athena portal for ERA/EFT registrations, verify/update pay-to/billing addresses with carriers, maintain trackers and work queues, research and escalate payer enrollment issues, ensure HIPAA compliance, and communicate trends to the EDI Enrollment Manager.
