The Junior Application Developer builds, tests, supports, and modernizes enterprise applications for healthcare, revenue cycle, and internal operations. Responsibilities include backend or full-stack development, automation, AI-assisted workflows, system integrations, healthcare data exchange, data pipelines, debugging, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and Agile collaboration. The role requires familiarity with .NET/C# or JavaScript/TypeScript, databases, Python, cloud platforms, APIs, security fundamentals, and healthcare standards, with mentorship and opportunities for growth.

Provides legal and compliance counsel to a multi-state healthcare organization. Responsibilities include negotiating physician, hospital, managed care, vendor, and SaaS agreements; advising on HIPAA, privacy, reimbursement, employment, and regulatory matters; supporting independent dispute resolution processes; managing legal risk; and guiding senior leaders, clinicians, and operational teams.
