Identify high-leverage opportunities, modernize complex workflows, partner with engineering, establish design standards, contribute to the design system, and own initiatives from concept through launch. The role requires connecting design outcomes to business metrics and independently solving ambiguous problems for technical users, with potential work spanning onboarding, AI agent interfaces, and other product areas.

Own the end-to-end go-to-market enablement strategy for account executives, sales engineers, and customer success managers. Build onboarding, role-based learning paths, product-release readiness, competitive and customer-facing materials, and live training. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Field leadership to translate technical concepts into commercial value. Measure ramp time, certification engagement, and field productivity, while integrating AI into content creation, customer insights, coaching, and field workflows.

The Senior Solution Engineer at Apollo GraphQL leads technical evaluations, designs solution architectures, conducts demos, and partners with teams to build customer confidence and resolve technical blockers, while mentoring team members and contributing to the broader strategy.

Own and close new enterprise deals end-to-end in an emerging GraphQL/AI market. Identify expansion opportunities, navigate complex stakeholder organizations, educate customers on AI architectures, collaborate with product and engineering, and manage pipeline forecasting and reporting.
