The Senior Solution Engineer at Apollo GraphQL leads technical evaluations, designs solution architectures, conducts demos, and partners with teams to build customer confidence and resolve technical blockers, while mentoring team members and contributing to the broader strategy.

Lead platform engineering initiatives focusing on distributed, fault-tolerant systems. Build and design Kubernetes-based service delivery, Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, SLO-driven reliability, observability, and automation. Participate in on-call rotations, interviewing, and cross-team collaboration while producing technical designs, runbooks, and plans to improve developer velocity and operational excellence.

Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor to help enterprise teams adopt Apollo's federated GraphQL platform from POC to production. Design distributed GraphQL architectures, provide hands-on implementation, create code samples, mentor engineers, drive adoption strategies, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
