Teams at Apollo GraphQL

Own end-to-end product design for developer tools and technical workflows, from discovery through launch. Partner with engineers and product managers to scope and ship usable v1 experiences, iterate using feedback, handle complex states and permissions, and contribute to Apollo’s design system. The role also involves prototyping with AI tools, conducting usability testing, and improving outcomes such as developer activation and task completion.

Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including billing, collections, cash application, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and reporting. Lead billing and revenue system implementations, build automation workflows, support technical accounting and financial audits, and partner with cross-functional teams on new product launches. Manage AR aging and dunning while ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and related accounting standards.

Build Apollo's North American partner program from the ground up by defining strategy, recruiting AI agencies and integration partners, creating onboarding and enablement programs, and executing co-sell motions. The role owns partner acquisition, health, adoption, and revenue metrics while aligning Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Support. It requires enterprise sales understanding, cross-functional influence, strategic autonomy, and experience developing partner programs in ambiguous environments.
