Build strong relationships with platform partners, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders while contributing to large-loss, reserving, and claims strategy discussions.

Lead enterprise risk management across Apollo and its managed syndicates. Responsibilities include maintaining risk frameworks, assessments, registers, controls, governance, reporting, stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital model validation. The role partners with underwriting, finance, operations, and executives to identify emerging risks, conduct thematic reviews, ensure regulatory alignment, and develop mitigation strategies. It also requires presenting insights to senior stakeholders and strengthening organizational risk culture.
