Supports SOF AT&L science and technology engineering activities, serving as a liaison to government counterparts. Reviews engineering processes, designs, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, proposals, change requests, waivers, and deviations. Conducts surveillance of design, development, and production efforts, analyzes performance trends, recommends corrective actions, and prepares executive-level briefings. The role also supports budgeting, contract modifications, acquisition processes, and technical decision-making.

Lead network integration and architecture for U.S. Space Force programs, bridging SDIN and meshONE-T networks. Advise mission partners, define technical requirements, assess costs and operational constraints, develop interconnection frameworks, and guide cybersecurity compliance and authorization boundaries. The role includes enterprise governance, executive briefings, technical documentation, stakeholder consensus-building, and coordination across design and engineering teams.

Supports NGA and DoD programs by integrating technical, programmatic, policy, and operational inputs for tactical ISR and geospatial systems. Manages cost, schedule, performance, requirements, configuration, risks, deliverables, meetings, experiments, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement. Reviews reports, tracks action items, develops recommendations, and supports system engineering, interoperability, testing, data integration, and acquisition activities across government and coalition organizations.
