The Senior Tax and Statutory Accountant manages Greek tax compliance, statutory reporting, accounting standards, balance sheet accuracy, and audit coordination. The role supports internal and external audits, advises local stakeholders on accounting and tax matters, develops accounting team members, and collaborates with global finance and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations and Group policies.

Plans and executes marketing, media, and promotional strategies for assigned product categories. Analyzes market trends, competition, and consumer insights; manages budgets, forecasts, product materials, and commercial activities; coordinates activations, events, and digital initiatives; collaborates with Sales, Trade Marketing, pharmacy chains, and external partners; and monitors performance to drive growth and profitability.

Lead global product category strategy and end-to-end new product development for cosmetics. Manage product lifecycle, regulatory compliance (EU), launches, cross-functional coordination, performance analysis, and marketing execution to drive category growth.

Lead global product strategy and 3-year innovation roadmap for assigned beauty categories. Drive product innovation, launches, campaigns, and lifecycle management. Analyze consumer insights and market trends, align stakeholders and markets, and ensure brand consistency. Manage and develop the Product Management team to deliver category growth and projects.

Manage and grow APIVITA & URIAGE sales in North Greece pharmacies by visiting clients, coaching on sales, maintaining records, placing and following up orders, merchandising per guidelines, submitting reports and contracts, and resolving client issues.

Supervise local IT support and ensure deployment, maintenance, and operation of office IT infrastructure. Manage vendors, lifecycle of IT assets, security policy adherence, liaison with HQ Digital Workplace and Cybersecurity teams, and coordinate implementation and readiness of new systems.
