Lead global product category strategy and end-to-end new product development for cosmetics. Manage product lifecycle, regulatory compliance (EU), launches, cross-functional coordination, performance analysis, and marketing execution to drive category growth.

Manage product development and launches across assigned cosmetics categories, coordinating NPD with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory and Supply; execute marketing plans, maintain product portfolio compliance and improvements, monitor market trends and competitors, and deliver presentations as brand ambassador.

Lead global product strategy and 3-year innovation roadmap for assigned beauty categories. Drive product innovation, launches, campaigns, and lifecycle management. Analyze consumer insights and market trends, align stakeholders and markets, and ensure brand consistency. Manage and develop the Product Management team to deliver category growth and projects.

Supervise local IT support and ensure deployment, maintenance, and operation of office IT infrastructure. Manage vendors, lifecycle of IT assets, security policy adherence, liaison with HQ Digital Workplace and Cybersecurity teams, and coordinate implementation and readiness of new systems.
