Lead end-to-end program management for ASR air systems: own product requirements, test strategy (SITL/HITL/flight), and execution of paid events and demonstrations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and event-level margin, track cross-platform dependencies in Jira, and build scalable program-management processes and documentation. Serve as the primary point for requirements traceability, risk mitigation, and executive program reviews.

Deploy, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) and supporting systems in open-water, near-shore, and harbor environments. Conduct pre-deployment checks, launch/recovery, post-mission analysis, and provide operational feedback to engineering and sales teams. Ensure compliance with COLREGS and USCG rules, support demonstrations and customer engagements, and travel frequently for field deployments.

Develop and maintain C/C++ swarm autonomy code for ground stations and drones, implement swarming algorithms and communications protocols, extend Python web services, collaborate on architecture, and support field testing and demonstrations.

Lead and scale ASR's federal business development: own capture strategy, senior government relationships, proposal development, pricing, market intelligence, pipeline forecasting, and represent ASR at events. Travel up to 50%; translate customer needs into product roadmap and build the BD function.

Deploy, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot unmanned air (and occasionally surface, undersea, ground) vehicles and supporting systems in austere, real-world environments. Perform pre/post-mission checks, systems integration, field repairs, mission execution, and provide operational feedback to engineering and sales. Support customer demonstrations, training, and deployments while traveling frequently and representing the company professionally.
