Leads sustaining and new product programs from concept through production, coordinating hardware, software, firmware, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners. Owns product requirements, integrated schedules, risk mitigation, cross-functional reviews, and program communications. Drives execution across engineering and operations, resolves dependencies, escalates risks, and improves program management processes for aerospace and defense drone products.

Develop and maintain C/C++ swarm autonomy code for ground stations and drones, implement swarming algorithms and communications protocols, extend Python web services, collaborate on architecture, and support field testing and demonstrations.

Design, implement, and field-validate autonomous swarm behaviors from operational use cases through simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, and live flights. Collaborate with mission engineers, UI/UX, QA, and partners to define operator interfaces and API surfaces, build test coverage integrated into CI/CD, and improve the core autonomy codebase to increase behavior development velocity. Support field exercises and customer demonstrations.
