Develops missile defense system capabilities for identifying lethal objects. Performs systems technical analysis, scientific support, requirements and concept-of-operations development, technical performance assessments, risk mitigation, electronic attack and protection modeling, and technology maturation planning. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and supports MDA Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate initiatives involving radar signal processing, scheduling, object classification, and electronic protection.

Develop and maintain SysML-based system architecture models for Missile Defense Agency programs. Ensure requirements traceability, support digital engineering integration, conduct interface and trade studies, and prepare model-based artifacts for SRR, PDR, CDR, and configuration control reviews. Collaborate with government, contractor, and engineering stakeholders while maintaining model version control and baseline compliance.

Manages configuration-controlled program data for MDA missile defense programs, including document repositories, data routing, CDRL tracking, milestone review support, configuration control boards, and lessons-learned databases. Administers SharePoint and integrated data environments, reviews systems engineering documentation, coordinates stakeholders, and prepares reports, briefings, action items, and data packages. Requires an active DoD clearance, U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and 7+ years supporting complex DoD or missile defense programs.

Provides senior systems engineering and interoperability leadership for the Missile Defense Agency’s Defense of Guam program. Responsibilities include managing interoperability risks and issues, coordinating integration and test activities, analyzing flight and ground tests, supporting engineering reviews, developing executive briefings, leading technical meetings, and integrating security and cybersecurity considerations into engineering processes. The role requires expertise with MDA systems, systems architecture, secure development, configuration management, and defense program coordination.

Supports Missile Defense Agency target vehicle development, telemetry engineering, mission planning, and flight-test analysis. Configures telemetry acquisition equipment, processes and decommutates telemetry data, develops visualizations and situational-awareness displays, and prepares technical reports and briefings. Contributes to requirements, modeling and simulation, trajectory validation, performance analysis, and test activities while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Provide systems and interoperability engineering support for international THAAD partners in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Lead force design technical efforts, tactical data link architecture coordination, technical analysis, design review assessments, and stakeholder collaboration. Document and present findings to senior decision-makers, participate in technical exchanges, and independently lead teams in resolving complex missile defense engineering problems.

Provides senior engineering oversight for missile-defense payloads and countermeasure development. Reviews contractor designs, technical plans, instrumentation layouts, qualification activities, and testing methods. Supports major lifecycle milestone reviews, leads technical interchange meetings, coordinates with MDA organizations, and advises cost and scheduling teams. Requires expertise in complex DoD program execution, threat systems, IR/RCS signatures, materials, flight-test requirements, and payload hardware development.

Supports Missile Defense Agency target vehicle development, trajectory validation, performance analysis, mission planning, and flight-test activities. Develops and analyzes six-degree-of-freedom trajectory data, modeling and simulation tools, coordinate transformations, vehicle assessments, databases, interfaces, and technical reports. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams and applies missile characteristics knowledge to engineering products and analyses.

Lead C2BMC systems engineering support for flight test planning, requirements, and integration. Coordinate with MDA/DCC stakeholders, update test plans/configurations, assess test designs and dates, draft test inputs/reports, and support reviews and mission planning activities.

Provide technical assistance for missile defense target vehicles, focusing on GNC, modeling, simulation, and trajectory analysis while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The Range Safety & Flight Termination Engineer will oversee range safety requirements, support flight termination systems, and provide reports on testing and findings.

Support MDA Targets and Countermeasures by developing and validating debris models, performing pre/post-flight trajectory analyses, producing mission data products (BET, quick-look briefs), participating in test planning and reviews, deploying for flight tests, and preparing technical reports and briefings.

Support MDA Chief Engineer by developing and capturing system models using MBSE tools, coordinating with internal and external teams, and advancing model-based engineering over document-driven processes.

Architect, build, and scale a secure DevSecOps environment for the Integrated Digital Data Environment (IDDE). Implement Terraform IaC, Kubernetes container platforms, automated CI/CD pipelines, hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure) administration, Windows AD and SCCM management, STIG/security scanning integration, and deployment orchestration while supporting releases and documentation.

Support the MDA Chief Engineer by designing dashboards, architecting databases, creating technical schedules, and delivering rapid data calls, technical writing, and special engineering studies to inform senior leadership decisions.

The Modeling and Simulation Engineer will develop scripts for scenario modeling and performance analysis, focusing on orbital mechanics and sensor phenomenology, while collaborating on complex aerospace issues.

The Program Controls Analyst will support senior program leadership through coordination, program tracking, and communications, ensuring effective management and follow-through on key priorities and actions.
